Move -4 U are the best removal firm in Notts. Very professional and friendly family business. Nothing is too much trouble. I have used them several times and recently they moved my 90 year old mum- the move went smoothly and my Mum is happily settled in her new home.
Never used a removals company before and was not quite sure what to expect but Richard, David and the team made it such a smooth process!

Absolutely brilliant service from the team who did a full pack and move for us in May 2023. The team worked incredibly hard to get the job done and were friendly and can-do throughout. Good value too. Really pleased we went with Move-4-U.
I have used Move-4-U Removals many times, and even recommended them to family members who have also booked their services. Richard, Dave and the Team are meticulous in everything they do and I could not fault them in the superb service that they have provided me with each and every time.
Richard and his team really make you home move go well. They work very hard and look after your furniture with great care. There prices are very fair. I have used the team twice now and would reccomend them for your move.

I have used Moves 4 U twice before and was adamant that we used them on my latest move. Exceptional service, fantastic team , very professional we felt all our possessions were safe as so well organised, they have protective covers for tvs , pictures etc. We had issues with getting furniture in and out but they were so clever and adaptive. I cannot thank them enough true professionals highly recommend sincerely thank you so much. ps we don’t plan to move again if we do we won’t move plants as I know a total nightmare
Richard and the team did an amazing job moving us from colwick to woodborough. They were all very professional both houses were kept clean and all itums moved quickly and safely
We weren't the easiest move as my husband has a lot of books and I have a few plants inc an apple tree which had apples on. This didnt phase them though and the apple tree still had its apples on when it arrived at our new home.

Friendly efficient and professional. Used them for the last two moves, faultless each time.
The team were professional and friendly from the beginning to the end of providing service. They moved furniture into storage whilst we had building work done. The builders took longer than expected and Move4u managed to keep extending the storage for us. When we were eventually ready for the furniture to be returned from storage the team ensured that the new flooring was protected and they were really careful. I would recommend using them as they are a very professional company.

This company went above and beyond! They helped make the moving process so much easier and stress free compared to my previous experiences. I will defiantly be using them again in future. They brought wardrobe boxes too which were very useful as you can hang your clothes straight onto them. I genuinely didn’t have to do a thing but instruct which room to put things in. Highly recommend and still extremely grateful!

Move 4 U delivered an absolutely fantastic service at a very competitive price. My wife and I lived on a 4th floor flat with some tricky stairs. These guys tackled it no problem.
We shopped around a bit and spoke to and had a few companies come out to quote. We were won over by the fact that this is a small local family business. They knew our move date was a bit dodgy (bloody solicitors!) and kept in touch throughout, checking in and making sure all was OK.
Move day was seamless, interjected with good chats over tea and biscuits.
Highly recommended and would happily use them again.

My partner and I used Move-4-U to move from two homes into one. They moved me out of my home in Chesterfield and placed my contents into storage. Despite being held up in traffic for several hours they managed to complete the move in time.
They then moved my contents into our new home in Ravenshead and then the initial move of my partner's stuff. The final move has just been completed including removing items from the loft space.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Move-4-U. In fact we recommended them to the previous owner which has meant they have had 4 visits to the same property!
The moves were done professionally with good humour and patience. This including dismantling larger items of furniture and reassembling following the move.

Richard and his team helped us move in April. The whole team were so hard working and careful with all of our belongings. Everything was moved without any damage and unpacked into the right rooms. We also had our beds dismantled and rebuilt which was a fantastic additional service. They gave us a really competitive quote and offered great value. I will happily recommend them in the future.
Superb company. I moved house in 2 stages with Move-4-U organising the storage for me in between. Richard and the team were excellent. I can’t recommend highly enough. Communication, professionalism, flexibility, accommodating and took extreme care with all furniture and with my new home. Shame I don’t move every year as I’d be a repeat customer for sure!
